SANY Saudi Arabia is expanding its service operations and is seeking a qualified Service Engineer (Aerial Work Platform) to join its team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for supporting the company's growing presence across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Aerial Work Platform (AWP) equipment. This role involves ensuring high service standards and providing essential technical support directly to customers and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Aerial Work Platform (AWP/MEWP) equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, battery, charger, engine, and control system faults.
• Carry out commissioning, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and on-site service activities.
• Prepare accurate service reports and technical documentation.
• Provide professional technical support to customers and project sites while ensuring high service standards.

Educational Background

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Experience and Technical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience servicing Aerial Work Platforms (AWP/MEWP).
• Demonstrated experience with scissor lifts and boom lifts is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.

Location and Employment Details
