Service Team Leader Air Compressor

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Service Team Leader – Air Compressor to join their team in the Eastern Province, specifically in Dammam and Al Jubail. This is a full-time position focused on leading service operations for air compressors within a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising service teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Handling industrial customer requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Performing compressor servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Providing customer support related to air compressor systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Air Compressor Service/Maintenance is mandatory.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in compressor servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising service teams and managing industrial customer needs.
• Prior experience with reputed compressor manufacturers such as Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, ELGi, Gardner Denver, Sullair, or Chicago Pneumatic is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong technical skills in air compressor systems.
• Effective communication skills for team leadership and customer interaction.
• Proven problem-solving abilities in a service and maintenance context.

Compensation

The basic salary for this position ranges from SAR 7,000 to SAR 8,000.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, covering operations in Dammam and Al Jubail.
