About the Spark HR Lead Role

Emerson is seeking a Spark HR Lead to oversee all Human Resources activities at the site level. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and is based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role involves close partnership with business leaders, employees, and regional HR teams to implement HR strategies, support talent acquisition and development, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies. The Spark HR Lead plays a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment while delivering HR programs aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Support recruitment activities, ensuring attraction and hiring of top talent while aligning with localization and DEI objectives.
  • Coordinate employee communication initiatives in partnership with the HR function.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Drive performance management processes and ensure timely completion across the organization.
  • Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Support employee growth through coaching, mentoring, and career development planning.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and market practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Implement and maintain consistent HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
  • Support implementation and adoption of HR systems, tools, and processes through effective training and communication.
  • Track, analyze, and report HR metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate effectively with country, area, and regional HR teams to support ongoing business and employee needs.
  • Leverage HR technologies and systems to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, talent development, retention, engagement, and employee experience practices.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Ability to recognize and fulfill all HSE roles and responsibilities in accordance with Emerson policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing, and accountability.
  • Compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Completion of all required HSE training and active support for workplace safety initiatives.
