About the Role: Spray Painter

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position focused on applying high-quality paint coatings to various products and components within our manufacturing divisions.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all painted surfaces meet stringent standards for durability, aesthetics, and industry compliance. The successful candidate will play a direct part in upholding Matar Al-Baqami Holding's established reputation for excellence and quality across its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas prior to paint application.
• Apply paint coatings using spray painting equipment to achieve smooth and even finishes.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and regularly clean all painting tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols when handling paints, solvents, and related materials.
• Collaborate effectively with production teams to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of painting activities and materials consumed.

Required Experience and Knowledge

• Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various paint products, application techniques, and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations pertinent to painting operations.
