About the Sr Customer Service Supervisor Role
Ecolab is seeking a Sr Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position will provide essential support to the Corporate Account organization and field associates by managing customer service inquiries, processing leasing information, taking orders, and coordinating shipments. The role requires an advanced level of independent decision-making, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the incumbent serving as a departmental leader for direction, coaching, and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, assisting in the resolution of any arising issues.
- Manage team performance and address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement in service quality, and develop and enforce departmental standards and processes.
- Oversee the daily activities of customer service operations to ensure efficient workflows.
- Assist the customer service team with various duties as required.
- Manage invoicing processes, including submission and resolution of related issues.
- Oversee customer service operations for both the Saudi and Bahrain regions.
- Manage all sales-related requirements as necessary.
- Ensure all invoices are submitted to customers within a 72-hour timeframe.
- Undertake additional duties as needed to support the team's objectives and success.
Leadership and Development
As a leader within the Asset Management team, this position will be responsible for providing direction, coaching, and guidance to colleagues. The role demands an individual who can operate independently, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in decision-making, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving. This individual will be a key point of contact for leadership within the department.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The position requires an advanced capacity for independent work, decision-making, and problem-solving, alongside strong communication and accuracy skills.
Work Environment and Type
This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role involves supporting Ecolab's mission to help customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy, and healthy environments.
