Static Equipment Draftsman

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Static Equipment Draftsman to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience in static equipment drafting and detailing. The role involves preparing detailed engineering and fabrication drawings for various static equipment within a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering and fabrication drawings for static equipment.
• Develop GA, fabrication, assembly, nozzle orientation, support, detail, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure drawings adhere to dimensions, material specifications, and fabrication requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with design, fabrication, and QA/QC teams throughout projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in static equipment drafting and detailing.
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Good knowledge of various static equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, drums, and skids.
• Strong understanding of dimensions, material specifications, and fabrication requirements.
• Experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Fabrication Workshop environments is preferred.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and/or EPC projects is an advantage.

Work Environment and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role is part of a workshop recruitment campaign. The salary for this position ranges from SAR 2,500 to SAR 4,500 per month.
