WMI - Westeel Metal Industries LLC is seeking a Steel Structure Production Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Dammam. Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Steel Structure Production Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and supervision of steel structure production. This includes ensuring that all output meets project specifications, adheres to timelines, and maintains stringent quality standards. Key daily activities involve reviewing technical drawings, facilitating coordination between design and fabrication teams, optimizing production processes for efficiency, and closely monitoring shop floor workflow. The engineer will also oversee quality control measures, ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations, and proactively resolve production challenges using analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaboration with supervisors, technicians, and management is essential for reporting progress, supporting cost-effective operations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the production of steel structures.
• Ensure production meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review technical drawings and coordinate with design and fabrication teams.
• Optimize production processes and monitor shop floor workflow.
• Oversee quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in steel fabrication, welding environments, or structural manufacturing is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, CAD tools, and relevant safety and industry standards is an advantage.
