Accenture Middle East is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager Resources to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position focused on leading strategic initiatives and driving transformation within the resources sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of client strategies within the resources sector, offering insights and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and collaborating to understand their strategic goals and challenges, including C-suite and high-level executives.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Identify new business opportunities within the resources sector, contribute to proposal development, and play a key role in the growth and expansion of the practice.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies within the resources sector to provide thought leadership and keep clients ahead of the curve.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. This includes a demonstrated background in strategy development, client engagement, and project management, particularly within the resources sector.
