Structural/Civil Draftsman

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Structural/Civil Draftsman to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is part of a workshop recruitment campaign in KSA and requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in structural steel detailing and drafting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Develop GA, fabrication, erection, assembly, and detailed shop drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with structural engineers, fabrication teams, and QA/QC personnel.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3-8 years of experience in structural steel detailing and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel components, including warehouses, platforms, pipe racks, supports, stairs and ladders, handrails, base plates, bracing, and structural connections.
• Experience in Production / Manufacturing / Fabrication Workshop environments is preferred.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and/or EPC projects is preferred.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 2,500 to SAR 4,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
