About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement and category management activities for Drilling & Completions operations. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for developing sourcing and contracting strategies, driving cost optimization initiatives, and managing supplier performance. The role ensures alignment with operational and business objectives within the oil and gas industry, specifically focusing on Drilling & Completions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing, contracting, and category management strategies for Drilling & Completions materials and services.
• Identify and execute cost-saving and value-creation opportunities across supply chain activities.
• Support supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and performance management processes.
• Analyze market trends, spend data, and supply chain risks to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry best practices.
• Utilize SAP and Ariba systems for procurement, sourcing, and contract management activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Engineering is preferred.
• A Master’s degree is desirable.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Category Management.
• Extensive experience in Drilling & Completions categories, encompassing both materials and services.
• Experience supporting unconventional resource operations and developing contractual strategies for drilling and completion activities.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Ariba systems.
• CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification is preferred.
