We are seeking a Switchgear Panel Assembler to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province, for a full-time position.

Role Summary

The Switchgear Panel Assembler is responsible for the precise building, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels for industrial or commercial use. This role involves interpreting blueprints and schematics to accurately mount components such as circuit breakers, PLCs, and contactors. The primary objective is to ensure that all systems function safely and correctly for automation and power distribution applications, demanding a high level of technical proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production drawings accurately.
• Arrange and assemble base frames according to design specifications.
• Request required hardware and materials from the supervisor, adhering to the Bill of Materials.
• Assemble enclosure frames as detailed in the drawings.
• Fix segregation plates and join enclosures securely.
• Perform tapping on sheet metal components.
• Assemble full panels and all associated mechanical parts.
• Conduct thorough checks of joints and connections prior to quality control (QC) procedures.
• Perform routing tests to verify panel functionality.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in the panel assembling sector.
• Completion of a sheet metal certificate course.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong technical skills in electrical panel assembly.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical wiring for industrial and commercial applications.
• Proficiency in interpreting and following blueprints and schematics.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure system safety and correctness.
