The Role of Technical Sales Representative

Ground 9 Flooring is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern Region, with responsibilities extending to Al Khobar. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle for epoxy and terrazzo flooring solutions, from initial prospecting to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for epoxy and terrazzo flooring solutions.
• Prospect and qualify leads for potential projects.
• Present technical product information to clients, explaining performance, application methods, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate effectively with technical and installation teams to ensure project success.
• Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends relevant to flooring solutions.
• Support business development activities to expand the client base.
