About the Role

Jeser Human Capital is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a coffee shop project in the Eastern Region, specifically Dammam. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the continuous readiness of equipment and facilities through preventive maintenance and rapid repairs to prevent service interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic preventive maintenance for kitchen and cafe equipment.
• Diagnose and promptly repair malfunctions to minimize operational downtime.
• Maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, coffee machines, ovens, and other electrical equipment.
• Oversee minor plumbing and electrical work within the premises.
• Maintain equipment maintenance records and track required spare parts.
• Coordinate with external maintenance companies when necessary and monitor the quality of their work.

Required Qualifications

• Technical certificate or diploma in Electrical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or Mechanics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and address electrical and mechanical faults in the field.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
• Readiness to relocate, work, and reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintaining restaurant and cafe equipment, even if for a portion of the overall experience.
• Experience in maintaining professional coffee machines.
• Valid driving license.
