This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The Asset Management Lead is responsible for ensuring stable revenue generation, contractual compliance, and the commercial performance of BHIG’s operating assets. This role operates at the intersection of commercial, operational, and financial functions, with accountability spanning live plant operations, asset lifecycle activities, and customer contracts. The position involves frequent engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders, playing a key role in account management governance, reporting, and compliance.

Asset Commercial and Operational Support

This role involves partnering with various departments to optimize asset performance and manage operational aspects:

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain on O&M commercial matters and cost optimization.
• Support asset lifecycle activities, including upgrades, debottlenecking, and infrastructure projects.
• Verify and align process, metering, and operational data to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Drive initiatives aimed at maximizing asset efficiency and productivity.

Financial Performance and Contract Management

The Asset Management Lead manages the financial health and contractual obligations of operating assets:

• Manage the commercial and financial performance of operating assets, focusing on revenue assurance and margin enhancement.
• Lead timely billing, collections, and dispute resolution processes.
• Partner with Finance and JV stakeholders on financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Lead contract management and provide commercial advisory.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance

This position requires extensive interaction with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulations:

• Prepare and issue formal communications, notices, and claims, securing necessary reviews and approvals.
• Interface with Business Development and JV Partners on account management, growth opportunities, contractual analysis, and company obligations.
• Coordinate with utilities, regulators, and authorities on commercial and compliance matters.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
