Assignment Support Coordinator HR Onboarding

About the Role

NES Fircroft is seeking a highly motivated Assignment Support Coordinator - HR Onboarding to join its established team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on managing the pre-mobilization and onboarding processes for contractors, ensuring a positive experience and efficient coordination across various support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractor pre-mobilization and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with other support teams, including Commercial, Payroll, and Travel, to ensure efficient end-to-end contractor processes.
• Ensure a positive contractor experience through high service levels and prompt response times.
• Collect candidate documentation required for refinery site access.
• Coordinate with new hires, including meeting, greeting, and assisting them with HSE Inductions, onboarding, and orientations on-site.
• Liaise with the in-country visa agent to support the visa and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update the onboarding dashboard daily, tracking new hires and their status.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, coordination, or onboarding.
• Experience in project coordination or document control is required.

Required Skills

• Effective time management abilities.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
