Overview of the Internship

J-B is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Intern. This internship is offered through the COOP & Tamheer Programs and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in gaining practical experience in HR.

Role Purpose

The intern will support the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding functions, contributing to the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to new joiner preparations. This role provides an opportunity to develop foundational HR skills within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and screening.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding activities and preparations for new joiners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of new joiner requirements, system access, and workplace preparations.
• Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding records.
• Assist with job postings and candidate communication.
• Support the team with recruitment reports and other HR-related tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate status and eligibility for the Tamheer Program.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
