About the Role

The Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join its HR team in Riyadh. This internship, offered through the Tamheer Program, provides practical experience across various aspects of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Role Overview

The trainee will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support the company’s talent requirements. This involves attracting qualified candidates and ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience. Key Learning Areas and Tasks

• Learning to establish and execute recruitment and localization plans to attract top talent and meet SPPC’s hiring needs.
• Understanding the recruitment and onboarding process, including the smooth integration of new employees through orientation, training, and team-building activities.
• Learning effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a qualified and diverse talent pool.
• Learning structured interview techniques, behavioral assessments, and competency evaluations to ensure candidate suitability and alignment with organizational needs.
