Talent Acquisition Trainee

About the Role

Abunayyan Holding is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join its HR team in Riyadh. This full-time role is offered through the Tamheer Program and is designed to provide practical experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management, supporting the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on defined job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and manage follow-up communication with candidates.
• Support the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Help prepare job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials.
• Assist with onboarding tasks, such as document collection and orientation coordination.
