Cordant Solutions Account Manager

Baker Hughes is seeking a Cordant Solutions Account Manager to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves complete ownership of the sales strategy for an assigned territory within the Saudi market. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.

Role Purpose and Context

The Account Manager will be responsible for positioning Baker Hughes as the partner of choice for customers, managing large accounts, and developing strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations and business growth requirements. Our team offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of asset health condition monitoring and protection, as well as AI/ML driven software solutions for Asset Performance Management (APM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Orders Annual Plan for the assigned territory, meeting quarterly and annual orders commitments and sales metrics such as cash and receivables.
• Build customer relationships at different levels for business development and sales purposes.
• Develop customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conduct sales presentations, generate new opportunities, and promote new products and solutions.
• Drive aggressive growth targets and address volume and timing, while developing consultant’s awareness and knowledge on key Cordant Solutions technologies.
• Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in a specific market and lead opportunity planning.
• Own regional future planning and forecasting within the specified territory.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
