About the Role

emagine is seeking a Finance SME Fuels Retail & Marketing (Downstream) to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role is critical for ensuring that financial strategies and reports accurately reflect the profitability and operational structure of the fuels retail business.

Role Purpose

The Finance Subject Matter Expert will focus on the financial aspects of fuels retail and marketing operations. This involves capturing and defining key financial practices and dimensions across various markets to support robust reporting and advisory functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture retail finance, site P&L, and KPI practices across different markets.
• Define key retail dimensions, including site/station, operating model (company-owned vs. dealer-operated), channel, brand, and region.
• Design margin and profitability reporting for fuel and non-fuel segments.
• Provide advisory on profitability metrics for fleet/card, loyalty programs, and B2B customers.
• Validate GCOA, product master, and segmentation outcomes for retail operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a senior finance role within a fuels retail or downstream marketing company.
• Strong understanding of site-level economics, including fuel margin reporting and non-fuel retail principles.
• Proven experience with multi-country retail networks.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience with retail transformations or new-market entries.
• Knowledge of retail POS/back-office systems and their integration with ERP solutions.
