Finance SME Lubricants (Downstream)

About the Role

emagine is seeking a Finance SME Lubricants (Downstream) to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role is equivalent to a Senior Manager position and focuses on optimizing product hierarchy and profitability within the lubricants business, specifically covering base oils, blending, and finished lubricants.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture lubricants finance, reporting, and KPI practices across blending plants and markets.
• Define product hierarchy needs, including base oil groups, viscosity grades, product lines, and pack sizes.
• Define customer, channel (B2B, B2C, distributor, OEM), and geographic profitability requirements.
• Validate GCOA, product master, and segmentation outputs for lubricants.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a senior finance or commercial finance role within a lubricants or base oils business.
• Demonstrated experience with product, brand, and customer profitability in a high-SKU environment.
• A strong understanding of blending costs, packaging, and distributor economics.

Preferred Attributes

• Multi-country lubricants experience, particularly within GCC, Asia, or Europe.
• Exposure to trade-spend and marketing cost allocation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern region. The role operates at a Senior Manager equivalent level.
