About the Role: Finance SME PD&IT (Downstream)

emagine is seeking a Finance SME PD&IT (Downstream) to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This is a full-time position for a senior professional with over 10 years of experience in finance, specifically within downstream functional and capital program finance.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to represent the PD&IT area within the Downstream portfolio. The specialist will ensure that costs, capital programs, and allocations are accurately reflected in financial reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture current finance, budgeting, and reporting practices specific to the PD&IT area.
• Define reporting requirements for cost centers, projects, and capital programs, including capital expenditure (capex), assets under construction, and project costing.
• Provide guidance on allocation and chargeback principles for shared technology and project costs across various business segments.
• Validate General Chart of Accounts (GCOA), cost center, and governance outputs from a PD&IT perspective.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in finance.
• Demonstrated focus on downstream functional and capital program finance.
• This role is equivalent to a Senior Manager seniority level.

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern region.
