The Role of Junior Analyst

Air Products is seeking a Junior Analyst to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing essential financial, administrative, and government relations support. The role ensures accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and expense analyses.
  • Monitor expenditures and support cost-control initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and submit applications, permits, licenses, and official documentation.
  • Monitor submissions to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
  • Maintain records of government correspondence and compliance documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments to obtain information required for government transactions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation systems.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing required information and documentation.
  • Assist with data collection, recordkeeping, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

Reporting Structure and Collaboration

The Junior Analyst reports directly to a designated Finance, Administration, or Functional Manager. This position requires close collaboration with various internal departments and government authorities to process permits, licenses, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation effectively.

Required Skills and Tools

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage documentation and support various processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar business platforms is also beneficial for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern Region, where the Junior Analyst will contribute to a dynamic operational environment.
