About the Role

Alghanim Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves providing clear, accurate, and insightful business and financial analysis, contributing to business planning, and participating in project work and ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of the business's value drivers.
Create analytics around key performance indicators to support qualitative reporting. This includes analysis of business performance, balance scorecard, business development opportunities, budgets and forecasts, market and revenue, promotions and pricing, capital expenditure approvals, cash flow and working capital, cost levels, and customer profitability.
Provide clear analysis for monthly reports to help management understand ongoing and developing trends.
Support business planning and forecasting processes.
Liaise with business managers, offering expertise and developing trusted partner status through clear communication, high-quality support, and decision-aiding analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a relevant financial analysis role.
Demonstrated ability to provide clear, accurate, and insightful financial analysis.

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and business performance.
Proficiency in creating reports and presentations for management.
Effective communication skills for liaising with business managers and internal teams.
Ability to contribute to business planning and forecasting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the finance department of Alghanim Industries. The role is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
