About the Opportunity

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking a Lead Specialist Project Financial Control to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to optimizing investment strategies and maximizing profit through meticulous financial analysis of capital projects. The position requires a professional who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Role Summary

The Lead Specialist will be responsible for analyzing diverse financial data sets to guide the business in optimizing its investments. This involves working with company financial statements, assessing the performance of operations, conducting industry research, and integrating macroeconomic data to provide a comprehensive financial perspective on capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management with data-driven financial insights to support decision-making regarding project continuation, delays, or reallocation of resources.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly CAPEX reports, detailing project progress, actual versus budget performance, future forecasts, and identifying key risks.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and analyze depreciation impacts on financial performance.
• Develop predictive financial models to aid organizational decision-making processes.
• Review existing financial processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improving profit margins.
• Establish clear benchmarks for financial processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct studies on industry-specific research and available data to accurately predict market and financial trends.
• Generate detailed reports that empower management teams to make strategic decisions aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement forecasting tools to automate and enhance financial data analysis.
• Maintain a structured register for tracking cost risks, contingencies, and corresponding mitigation actions.

Qualifications and Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business is required.
• Certification from SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants) is mandatory.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar financial control or project finance positions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, within the Eastern Region, contributing to the financial oversight of capital projects for ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail.
