About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Religious & Arab Affairs Instructor to join their team in Dhahran. This full-time position involves providing expert guidance and support to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) in the development and delivery of specialized training programs related to Arabic religious and cultural affairs.

Role Overview and Context

The primary objective of this role is to advise and assist the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) with the comprehensive development and effective delivery of formal training on Arabic Religious and Cultural affairs. The instructor will also participate in preaching and guidance activities, performing duties as specified by the Directorate of Religious Affairs and approved by the Commander of the RSAF.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and assist the RSAF in developing, updating, and conducting formal training for RSAF personnel on Arabic Religious and Cultural affairs.
• Participate in preaching and guidance activities for units, mosques, and other relevant entities.
• Perform duties as specified by the Directorate of Religious Affairs and approved by His Excellency the Commander of the RSAF.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities within competence as instructed by the Director of Religious Affairs.
• Utilize the Instructional System Development process to prepare courses.
• Conduct training in Religious and Cultural studies.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Islamic Religious and Cultural Studies.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and update study material.
• Broad knowledge of Arab Religious and cultural matters.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, working directly with BAE Systems Saudi Arabia to support the Royal Saudi Air Force. The role operates within the framework and directives of the Directorate of Religious Affairs, contributing to the cultural and religious education of RSAF personnel.
