Role Overview

The Senior Communications Professional will lead the creation of strategic communication plans and oversee their implementation. This position involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, contributing to JHAH's communication effectiveness and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies for specific projects and campaigns as directed by the Team Lead.
• Provide input to crisis communication and reputation management initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Support leadership in aligning communication plans with departmental objectives.
• Execute internal and external communication plans, including content creation, media relations, and public relations activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to SEO best practices.
• Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives, recommending tactical adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality internal and external communication materials.
• Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, optimizing it for search engine visibility to support JHAH's digital presence and drive online engagement.
• Mentor junior communications professionals and guide them in the execution of communication initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 6-10 years of experience in a relevant communications role.
