Aramco Digital is seeking a Software Developer to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital solutions within asset management platforms. The role is integral to ensuring that solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with operational needs.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Software Developer assists in various stages of the software lifecycle, from design and integration to deployment activities. This involves contributing to solutions that support critical functions such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process automation products, ensuring seamless system integration and robust performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process automation products.
• Support the use of modern programming languages, frameworks, and microservices architecture to help ensure seamless system integration.
• Participate in Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices to support rapid, reliable, and iterative development cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning, code reviews, and product rollouts to contribute to timely delivery.
• Help utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) to build and scale robust systems with the development team.
• Assist in optimizing infrastructure performance through monitoring, testing, and proactive enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering, product, design, and data teams to support alignment of technical requirements with strategic goals.

Education and Experience Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related field, or practical internship/Co-Op training in software or product development within industrial or enterprise environments.

Collaboration and Methodologies

This role operates within a collaborative environment, engaging with various cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and data.
