About the Supply Trainer Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Supply Trainer to join their Air Engineering division. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, and requires a significant level of expertise in supply and logistics training.

Core Responsibilities

The Supply Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that training standards, policies, and procedures are correctly implemented across RSAF bases. This includes identifying training needs and deficiencies within existing RSAF training programs and developing effective solutions. The role also involves providing necessary assistance to RSAF logistics projects.

Key Duties and Activities

  • Monitoring training standards, policies, and procedures for correct implementation at RSAF bases.
  • Identifying training needs and deficiencies within RSAF training programs.
  • Developing solutions to address identified training gaps.
  • Providing support and assistance to RSAF logistics projects as required.
  • Coordinating supply-related training programs and activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of practical and progressive experience in Supply Training and Logistics Procedures. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project, is essential. Previous experience working within RSAF Depot Supply, Bases, and HQ is required. Familiarity with RSAF Supply Procedure Manual 67-1 and Training Manuals 105-8, 105-30A, and 105-30B is also necessary.
