We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee investment services and manage contracts in our thriving industrial environment. Your contributions will directly influence our growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage investor services and coordinate with project contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to enhance safety measures.
  • Prepare detailed administrative and technical reports.
  • Deliver periodic presentations for informed decision-making.
  • Participate in workshops and committees related to regional development.
  • Implement any other tasks assigned by direct manager within the scope of work.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in investor relations management and service contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with technical teams.

Job Description
  • Support daily middle mile operations by:

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 0–1 year of experience.
  • Fresh graduate.
  • Knowledge of basic Industrial Engineering concepts (process mapping, time studies, KPIs).
  • Good understanding of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
  • Ability to interpret operational data and prepare reports.
