The Opportunity: Team Leader

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves organizing and assisting assigned shifts to ensure production plans are met within specified timelines, quality standards, and budgetary controls. The Team Leader will also be responsible for controlling and motivating staff to operate efficiently while adhering to defined safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and assist the assigned shift to execute production plans.
• Ensure production activities adhere to agreed time schedules.
• Maintain defined quality standards throughout the production process.
• Operate within established budgetary controls.
• Control and motivate staff to achieve efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with defined safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position within a poultry or food environment.
• Working knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000.
• Previous experience with ISO standards.
• Work experience in a poultry plant.
• Exposure to hygiene standards.
