The Opportunity: Driving Instructor (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Driving Instructor (Poultry) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role focuses on ensuring accident-free defensive driving practices among all users of company vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The instructor will achieve this through effective staff selection, induction, assessment, training, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trade tests for new employees as part of the selection process.
• Oversee the induction of all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring completion prior to authorization for driving poultry vehicles.
• Provide MHE training programs.
• Ensure successful staff selection, induction, assessment, training, and development on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Driving & MHE Instructor.
• Certified Driving Instructor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Quality Standards and Health & Safety.
