The Driving Instructor Role

Almarai is seeking a Driving Instructor to join its team in Ha'il. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring accident-free defensive driving among all users of company vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The role involves comprehensive staff selection, induction, assessment, training, and ongoing development to maintain high safety standards within the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trade tests for new employees as an integral part of the selection process.
• Oversee the induction of all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring effective completion prior to authorization for driving company vehicles, specifically poultry vehicles.
• Deliver Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Training Programs directly.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates interested in this role must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Driving & MHE Instructor.
• Must be a Certified Driving Instructor.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia.
