About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator (Sales) to join their team in Hail. This full-time position focuses on maintaining Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the sales region.

Core Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to ensure the effective implementation and adherence to QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures. This encompasses all stages of product handling within the sales operations, from receiving and inspecting to storing, selling, and delivering a wide range of quality products. The goal is to consistently satisfy consumer and customer needs through robust QSHE practices.

Key Duties

• Oversee and maintain QSHE management systems relevant to sales operations.
• Implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures across the region.
• Ensure quality standards are met during product receiving, inspection, handling, and storage.
• Monitor and manage QSHE aspects related to product selling and delivery processes.
• Contribute to meeting consumer and customer needs through effective QSHE management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Membership in IOSHE.
• Certified ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Dairy Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health and Safety Systems (HSS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Proven experience in ISO/HACCP implementation with certified companies.
• Knowledge of product composition, product quality, food hygiene, and food safety.
• Exposure to computer systems and the SAP environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic language skills.

This is a full-time position based in Hail. The role requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
