The Role of Team Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of specified poultry products. The primary objective is to meet internal customer requirements while adhering to established management performance parameters, including efficiency in process and zero non-conformance. The manager will ensure strict compliance with defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team involved in poultry intake and processing.
• Ensure efficient processing of specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements.
• Operate within defined management performance parameters, focusing on efficiency, loss-in-process reduction, and achieving zero non-conformance.
• Ensure strict adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in team management within a poultry processing or related food manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of poultry processing operations, product specifications, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proven track record of achieving performance targets related to efficiency and quality.
