Role Overview: Driving Instructor

Almarai is seeking a Driving Instructor to join its team in Hail. This full-time role is essential for promoting and ensuring accident-free defensive driving practices among all users of company vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The instructor will achieve this through consistent staff selection, comprehensive induction, ongoing assessment, and continuous training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trade tests for new employees as an integral part of the selection process for drivers.
• Oversee the induction process for all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring thorough completion before authorization to operate poultry vehicles.
• Deliver specialized Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Training Programs directly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience specifically as a Driving and MHE Instructor.
• Must be a Certified Driving and MHE Instructor.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Hail. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on operational safety and continuous improvement in driving and MHE operation standards.
