About the Driving Instructor Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group (شركة دله لتعليم قيادة السيارات) is seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive driving training and guidance to trainees, both within and outside the driving school premises.

Role Overview

The Driving Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality driving lessons, ensuring trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for safe driving. A key aspect of this role includes verifying the roadworthiness of training vehicles and adhering to all established rules and regulations to maintain safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver driving training, guidance, and practical lessons to trainees.
• Develop training plans and programs, and manage trainee attendance for each class to meet established standards.
• Inspect training vehicles thoroughly before conducting any training sessions, lessons, or examinations to ensure their suitability and roadworthiness.
• Coordinate with the driving school administration and examination committees to schedule driving tests and promptly inform trainees of their arrangements.

Operational Duties and Compliance

• Implement approved policies, processes, and procedures consistently.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and monitor their tasks and performance to ensure controlled and consistent work execution.
• Perform daily departmental operations in strict compliance with approved standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements
