About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Ground Operations Team Member to join our full-time team in Hail, Hail Province. This role is central to ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations through active fieldwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting branches, monitoring captains, and upholding operational standards across all locations.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to monitor the performance of stores and collection points associated with captains.
• Ensure that newly onboarded captains receive effective training in accordance with Ninja’s operational standards.
• Regularly inspect captain waiting areas and workspaces to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Captain Performance and Oversight

• Monitor and improve captain performance, focusing on key operational areas such as on-time delivery, uniform compliance, accurate form submission, and proper issue escalation to ground supervisors.
• Record captain performance based on trip completion, track achievement of daily delivery goals, and report issues and areas for improvement of the delivery journey to the responsible party.
• Report all captain-related issues to ensure prompt resolution and continuous service quality.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations.
• Experience in coordinating with drivers or captains and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics or aviation environment.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or logistics software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, field-based position within Hail Province. The role requires regular travel to various locations to ensure operational efficiency and top-quality performance across all service points.
