The Role

We are seeking a Ground Operation Team Member to join our full-time team in Jiddah, Makkah. This role is fundamental to supporting daily last-mile delivery operations by managing the flow of orders from receipt to dispatch. The Ground Operation Team Member plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and a well-organized hub environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, verify, and accurately hand over orders to riders and drivers.
• Ensure the smooth and timely dispatch of all orders.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment within the hub.
• Escalate operational issues to supervisors when required.
• Collaborate effectively with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and hub/warehouse teams to ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Provide support for operations during periods of peak demand.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or general operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Demonstrated good attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Work Environment and Schedule

This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah. The role requires adaptability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous support for daily delivery operations.
