The Role: Production Manager (Protein)

Almarai is seeking a Production Manager (Protein) to oversee production operations in Hail. This full-time role is critical for ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to established quality and environmental standards, and operating within budget. The successful candidate will manage the production processes within the protein sector, specifically focusing on poultry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to achieve specified output targets.
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality and environmental standards.
• Oversee budget adherence for production operations.
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the poultry industry, specifically in production roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity within the poultry industry.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficient knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity practices.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills.
