Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement beverage menus that reflect our luxury brand
• Manage inventory, pricing, and ensure cost control across beverage outlets
• Lead and train a team of beverage professionals
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to devise strategic plans
• Analyze sales data to optimize and enhance beverage offerings
• Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Organize special events and promotions related to beverages
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement new concepts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage management in luxury hotels or resorts
• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails; Sommelier certification preferred
• Demonstrated success in menu development and inventory management
• Strong financial skills with budgeting experience
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on staff training and development
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Proficiency in beverage software and point-of-sale systems
• Food Safety certification is required
• Understanding of Middle Eastern culture is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing multi-outlet operations in high-end hotels or resorts.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications.
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine and international trends.

This position requires a proactive approach and a sense of ownership. Project coordination experience and impeccable grooming aligned with luxury standards are essential. Experience working in the Middle East is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
