  • Oversee daily operations of all food & beverage outlets including restaurants, lounges, room service, and banqueting.

  • Maintain hygiene and quality standards as per Raffles and Accor policies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to maximize profits while delivering luxury service.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure memorable service recovery.
  • Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on unique dining concepts and seasonal offerings.
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
  • Promote sustainable practices in alignment with our environmental commitments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in F&B management in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic and other languages are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in pre-opening environments is a plus.
