Store Manager

About the Role

Damas Jewellery is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service within the store. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and a focus on achieving store goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking procedures.
• Handle cash management, daily reporting, and adherence to store budgets.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain the store's appearance and ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
• Ensure all security standards, including those related to CCTV and security alarms, are consistently met.
• Maintain knowledge of Store Manager responsibilities and assume duties in the absence of the primary manager.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in store management or a similar leadership role within a retail environment. The role requires proven capabilities in operational oversight, team leadership, and customer service excellence.
