At Tadawi Medical Group in Jazan, we are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team and ensure a high standard of patient experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the customer service team in daily operations.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Train and onboard new customer service staff.
  • Develop and implement service improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance patient experience.
  • Prepare reports on team performance and service quality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
