Join Hilton as a Security Supervisor! We are looking for a vigilant and dedicated individual to provide safety and security for our guests, team members, and contractors at DoubleTree by Hilton Jizan. As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee the Security Team and maintain constant vigilance of hotel operations and premises to ensure a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor hotel property and respond to incidents.
  • Maintain documentation and key systems according to legal and company standards.
  • Recommend improvements in surveillance and fire systems.
  • Train and supervise the Security Team, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Conduct regular briefings with your team.

Qualifications:
  • Previous security experience, preferably in environments with large crowds.
  • Familiarity with planning and enforcing security protocols.
  • Current knowledge of fire safety and first aid regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong personal presentation is essential.

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous training experience in security.
