About the Role

Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI) is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join their operations in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the efficient and reliable distribution of products to customers across the region.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Delivery Driver is to facilitate the transportation and delivery of products from distributor centers directly to customers. This involves ensuring that all deliveries are accurate, safe, and completed on time, while consistently upholding high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure accurate and on-time order delivery for all shipments.
• Handle delivery documents and cash transactions accurately, where applicable.
• Minimize product damage, returns, and potential delivery delays.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all interactions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure safe operational standards at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.
• Coordinate effectively with Warehouse, Sales, and Fleet Teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Report any delivery, vehicle, or customer-related issues to the manager promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in a delivery or driving capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Understanding and adherence to road safety regulations and basic vehicle maintenance.
