About the Role
People Dynamics is seeking a Human Capital Operation Head (Sr. HR Service Supervisor) to join our team in Jazan. This full-time role involves comprehensive oversight and management of critical human capital services, ensuring the effective and timely delivery of support across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
The Human Capital Operation Head will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of several key service areas, including:
- Overseeing and managing activities of the Ticketing & Travel Affairs team.
- Supervising Immigration Services operations.
- Managing the Employee Relations Services team.
- Coordinating tasks and monitoring performance across these teams to ensure effective policies and efficient, timely service provision.
Policy Development and Review
A core aspect of this role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and refine human capital policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Talent Acquisition & Development and the Payroll Section to develop policies for additional benefits, such as healthcare and welfare (including education allowance, housing allowance), by job level and position, in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition & Development and the Payroll Section to develop compensation policies by job level and position, in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Working with Talent Acquisition & Development and the Payroll Section to develop retirement policies by job level and position, in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Reviewing retirement, health, and welfare policies, adjusting them as needed, and issuing endorsements for their adoption.
Immigration Services Oversight
This role includes significant oversight of immigration services, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment:
- Monitoring immigration policy developments and ensuring alignment with the company-wide strategy and objectives.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of regional supervision and assisting in solving major issues with governmental bodies when necessary.
- Tracking efficiency in processing applications to ensure resources are deployed effectively and efficiently.
- Monitoring the budget and ensuring Immigration Services spending is within the agreed-upon budget.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital operations and policy management. Requirements include:
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
