Painters Relation Officer

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Painters Relation Officer to join their team in Jazan. This full-time role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with painters, coordinating training initiatives, and gathering essential market intelligence to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain continuous communication with painters to develop strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate and conduct direct and indirect training courses for painters.
• Gather market intelligence from painters regarding competitor prices, offers, new products, campaigns, and advertising, and submit periodic reports.
• Document painter data across all sales channels within the CRM program and ensure daily entry.
• Analyze product demand by studying items frequently purchased by painters and identifying those with low demand.
• Oversee painter registration in the system, extract weekly sales data, and follow up with painters who have not made a purchase for 20 days.
• Organize painter gathering events as requested by the direct manager.
• Provide marketing and advertising tools to each workplace construction site.
• Inform painters about new products and coordinate reminder campaigns for existing products.
• Measure painter satisfaction with company products, collect their feedback, and report it to management.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing all changes related to painters.
• Attract new painters who are not currently working with Jazeera Paints.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.

Reporting and Documentation

The role involves significant reporting duties, including submitting periodic competitor reports, documenting painter data in the CRM, and preparing monthly reports on painter-related changes. Accurate and timely data entry is crucial for market analysis and strategic decision-making.

Market Intelligence and Product Strategy

A key aspect of this position is to act as a liaison for market intelligence, gathering insights from painters on competitor activities and product performance. This information will directly contribute to understanding market trends and informing product development and marketing strategies.

Painter Engagement and Support

The Painters Relation Officer is responsible for fostering strong relationships with painters through direct communication, training coordination, and organizing engagement events. This includes providing marketing support and ensuring painter satisfaction with Jazeera Paints' products and services.

Additional Duties

This position also requires performing any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager, ensuring flexibility and support for overall team objectives.
