
Physical Therapist
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities: Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Knowing the medical and psychological history of the beneficiary and following up on any development or changes.
Evaluating beneficiaries with 3 evaluations (beginning of each semester - middle of each semester - end of each semester) according to the scheduled dates.
Applying proactive procedures for the enrollment of physical therapy service beneficiaries to all beneficiaries enrolled in the service and submitting the results to the supervisor.
Adhering to the caseload of 20 cases per week from the Ministry's allocated cases.
Following and applying the session schedule regularly.
Committing to compensating beneficiaries in case of the specialist's absence or the beneficiary's absence.
Adhering to the company's policy regarding plans and reports.
Following up on the beneficiary's condition, the appropriateness of the plans, and discussing with the supervisor.
Preparing a descriptive report on the intervention carried out in the training sessions for exceptional cases and attending and participating in the beneficiary case discussion conference.
Receiving, maintaining, and reporting any damage or maintenance needs for equipment and tools.
Entering home training for parents into the Rehaddox system (2 to 3 trainings per day).
Recording training sessions on the Rehaddox system (3 goals per actual session).
Documenting sessions given in the standardized session preparation form within the clinics.
Providing two training sessions per beneficiary and adding an intensive session for a low-performing beneficiary when another beneficiary is absent.
Conducting a safety follow-up session within the clinics related to the administrative plan on the Rehaddox system daily.
Conducting a training environment follow-up session related to the administrative plan on the Rehaddox system once a week.
Documenting sessions given in the approved form within the classroom.
Following up on beneficiary absences and reporting to the supervisor.
Discussing common goals with specialists from other classrooms and clinics to achieve the maximum possible benefit from the rehabilitation plan.
Activating the role of clinical services within classrooms, following up on implementation with classroom specialists, and documenting it in the approved form for this purpose.
Updating the achievement portfolio and adding courses, events, and worksheets implemented with beneficiaries during training sessions.
Filling out the operational plan forms on the board within the clinics according to the events mentioned therein.
Receiving private account and support cases registered in the service according to the case distribution approved by the supervisor (the caseload includes only government beneficiaries affiliated with the Ministry).
Periodically following up on the beneficiaries' health status with the social and nursing departments.
Committing to attending training courses and meetings announced by the company.
Attending events that contribute to improving the center's image, highlighting the department's role, and integrating the beneficiary into society.
The specialist is bound by all provisions of the company and center regulations and any tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Cooperating and interacting with a team spirit.
Adhering to working hours.
Competencies and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
Health Specialties Council Classification.
Personal Skills:
Ability to manage training sessions effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills after obtaining supervisor approval.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with field challenges.
Work Experience:

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office programs, and technical applications.
Communication Skills:
Excellent skills in collaborating and interacting with the rehabilitation team.
Maintaining beneficiary confidentiality (Corrected "confidentiality of beneficiaries" to fit the professional context).

- Requires 2-5 Years experience
