About the Role

FedEx is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join its Field Sales team. This full-time position is based in Jazan, Jizan, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on achieving revenue targets through business development and account management.

Role Overview

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and cultivating strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role requires a proactive approach to sales activities and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and business growth targets within the designated territory.
• Identify, develop, and close profitable new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying incremental business opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand their business needs.
• Recommend suitable FedEx products and services based on customer requirements.
• Conduct customer visits, prospecting, and other sales activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customs, Finance, and other internal teams to support customer needs and business growth.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and FedEx products and services.
• Ensure a high level of customer experience and follow through on customer requirements.

Work Environment

This role is part of the Field Sales team and involves working in Jazan, Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time and requires active engagement in sales activities within the assigned region, which may include cities such as Jeddah, Jazan, and Medina.
